High Altitude settings

High Altitude settings
At higher altitudes, resistance to knock is increased, sometimes dramatically. I'm guessing that starting with a 93 octane tune using 91 octane fuel at a mile of altitude is likely a good idea, followed by some datalogging to check knock retard and adjustment of timing/fuel. What other adjustments might you make for a vehicle run at high altitude that is not a mass air vehicle? (MSRT).
