Failed backup and "New Registry" screen after update

Hello,

I am new here and new to tuning vehicles. I have a 2012 Dodge Charger Superbee and the Trinity T-1000. I used the perf93 tune for about a week before I decided to update the device. Before bringing it inside I restored my charger to the original backup tune. After updating to 1r13h, using windows 10, it will display new registry frequently. I attempted to apply a tune and it appeared to backup the stock tune but then said that the backup was corrupt. Now it won't let me write any tunes nor backup the stock tune.

I attempted to contact through phone but I can't work on anything during your office hours and I submitted a ticket on the support page several days ago with no response. Any guidance here would be appreciated!

An update now that I've had some more time to play around with it. The computer is telling me that the device is married. However, when I attempt to install a tune it backs up the stock tune then says the backup on the device is corrupt. Then it states in its settings that it is not married and there is no backup to restore when I attempt to restore the stock tune that is already on the car.

Yeah, I finally had a chance to call their technical support and they walked me through the steps to allow me to re-download the update and install it. I ended up having to re-download the update a couple times but it has worked well since the proper update was applied. It wasn't forcing it but there are other ways they can try and fix it.
