Intune I1000 need unlock!!!! Tech won't answer phones!!

I'm needing a Intune unlocked I have the I-1000 version but have call the tech guy for a week straight no answer. Seeing if anyone here can help. Thanks in advanced.

Any other way to get into touch with them other then calling? Do you know about how long the process takes?
