I’ve got the Predator U7135 tuner tool for my 06 300C which I’m selling; will this tool work on my new 2011 300C? Thanks

No, the predator is 05-10 only.

It's a 2010 not a 2011 as I found out later via the VIN so it should work right?
Also can I keep the tool for the new 2010 car after I reinstall the backup tune into the 2006?
