Locked Predator

I purchased a predator U7185 that was used in a truck that has been totaled. I plugged it up to my 04 LLY and it says it is locked with the diablo 85 HP installed. Does this mean that the truck has the 85 hp still in it and the factory tune is in the predator? It has the rev. 2.00. What is the cost to send it in, get it unlocked and the newest rev. installed?

Unfortunately, the only way to unlock this tool is to restore the backup to the vehicle it is married to, unless it has an old revision on it.
What does it say on the top line of the mail screen?
