intune i1000 doesnt complete the update

whenever i try to update the device it gives me the loading wheel and never finishes, even if i left it for the whole day.
this issue is with the device since i bought it.
its really devastating.

odd, was this a standard I-1000 or i1000dcx?
did it ever work for you?

something is up with the tool, I would suggest sending it in or seeing if the retialer can swap it out.
