I bought a diablo Intune I2 for my dodge charger RT 2013 when I plug th cable to my car it works but when I want to install a tune it says read failed so please can any one help me and thank you

are you starting with the key in the RUN postion by clicking the button 2x?

Yes Mr.mikel but when i want to install a 91 oct it doesnt read and plz i posted in diablo trinity t1000 about my problem can u please cheak it and tell me the solution and thank u
