2012 300 SRT8, Updated the tool , then did a calibration update , and now it wont save the stock tune. any help would be appreciated.

bought the car used and have been to the dealer many times and they never said anything about it not being stock. the only mod i know of the the borla exhaust .

any more to the error message (more info)?

i bought à trinity t 100 for my 2010 grand cherokee srt8 European norm And stock

It says this message "Orgional Backup NOT SAVED (-11)" so i hit more info an it says "PCM: error prepare read (-1)" then i hit continue an it says "Not tuning vehicle because of backup (4)".


what should I do? Can you help me please ?
