Srt4 Just got my intune i2 NOW MY CAR WON'T START!!!

I received my intune i2 today for my 2005 srt4 neon. I read all the instructions and followed them carefully. First I updated it and downloaded the data log viewer. Then went to my car to install the 93 octane tune. Everything seemed to go completely smooth and once everything was done and the tuner said that the tune was successfully installed. I tried to start my car and it wont start, all electronics turn on and no crank or fuel pump sound when i turn the key. I am very frustrated because this car is my daily driver and I might have to miss work tomorrow because of this. I tried reinstalling my stock/back up tune and when I press "tune vehicle" it says wait and then says vehicle not supported! Then tells me to plug to my computer to update but when I plug it in it says no updates available! I really need this problem fixed PLEASE. I did have my turbo timer on when I did the tune install and now I read online that it could have caused the problem, but nowhere in any instructions did it say to turn my turbo timer off. I was sooo excited to get this tune this is my first Diablo sport product and now its turning into a nightmare. I already tried unplugging the negative battery cable for 30 min. Didn't fix anything. These files are all thats on the device.

please give us a call with the tool powered up in the car, my guess is the turbo timer is causing an issue and you ought to disconnect it from the vehicle harness before proceeding.
