Back Up File and Truck wont start.

I went to pull the back up file for the truck before installing the tune, and it stopped half way though and said the file was saved. I ran inside to save the file to the computer but it couldn't be found. I plugged the programmer back into the truck and it says it cant find pcm. I go to start the truck and nothing happened. I have a check engine light on, low fuel, and security light on, along with not reading what gear I'm in. I cant not start the truck and I'm leave for vacation tomorrow. I need help! is it possible to have the ecm reflashes and put everything back to normal, that way I can drive it? this is my daily driver and iv called multiple time just to get hung up on. And now iv been on hold for 1hr 40mins... someone help me out, I just need to drive it I don't care the cost at this point.

and I already mentioned to him via email over the weekend to disconnect anything aftermarket...radio/electronics, etc...
