I did a couple mods all at once and now I smell my car running rich and it's hesitate at WOT. I still havent plugged the tuner in(Stock tunr).I have the following mods.

03 Mustang GT
CAI
75mm throttle
Underdrive pulleys
Long tube
X pipe no cats
Short throw
2.55 LHP fuel pump
Stage 2 clutch
4.10
Eibac sport line springs
Koni shocks n struts
17 Stafford rims (9front 10.5 rea)

What tune should i go with.?? What parameters should I adjust.. or how can I fix this issue.??

Got any way of monitoring your Air Fuel ratio? a car with those mods could smell rich, and not be. to be safe, i'd suggest getting a custom tune from someone who has developed a tune for your mods listed, or getting a wideband o2 sensor installed to see whats really happening around the time the car hesitates, and well, generally.

Where would I be able to get a tune like u mention for some one..
