Lack of functions 05 gt

I recently purchased a paxton novi supercharger. With it came a intune programmer. The supercharger is not currently installed because of clutch break in period. I went to upload a tune for better fuel economy and the tune was not there, and adjustability of the programer seems like functions are limiting. is this normal?
