P0128 Fix and Octane ?'s

First does DS still do the P0128 fix and second, I run 93 octane fuel but run a 91 CAI tune. Should I be running a 93 CAI tune for better results and burn the fuel better?

Last i recall, the tech or tuner guys still make fix files for the p0128 code. install a tune on your car, then connect the tool to your pc and extract the original backup as well as the last tune written and attach them here. i'm sure someone can fix it up for ya.
