"This vehicle is not supported..."

Dropped my truck off at the dealership for some routine maintenance and they must've reset my tune.

The inTune worked fine two years ago but today it keeps saying that my truck is not supported.

Any idea where I went wrong?

04 RAM 1500 5.7 if it matters.

info file shows it is still married, it seems you did not restore:

will need to provide proof of the dealer flash so we can reset the tool for you.

dealer work order/receipt showing the work that was done, that the pcm was reflashed..

Hi,

Also getting this message. Tuner is not married to the car and I just had it in for a warranty service. All updates were done on the DCX. Have been working with Johan on a CMR tune. Attached XML.

save the attached file to the intune drive, and try tuning again.
