Unable to use after unmarried/restored

I havent been able to use my trinity after unmarrying and restoring the quick adjust. Ive used the trinity previously on my 06 dodge magnum 5.7. I had an email cmr tune for my supercharger but have since gone to HPtuners on my magnum so I unmarried it and tuned using HPtuners software. After the HPtune I had to use the trinity for my gear ratio in the quick adjust settings. Being I also have a 2014 Ford SHO I would rather use my trinity for more than a gear change. So I purchased a Predetor U7135 and removed the quick adjust from the trinity and did a restore per Diablosports technical support line. The trinity says it is "unmarried" as well as no quick adjust being used. The technical suport representive walked me thru the set up and said it is clear now, but I didnt have my SHO available while I was on the phone with him. Now when I put the Trinity on the SHO after changing vehicle type it gives a message "the trinity has an original back up on it to restore it" So no a new message. So when I plug it into the laptop and put an SD card into to verify an "Original backup file" it says there not one. It also says its "unmarried" I dont have a clue now. So i know it doesnt have quick adjust being used, its unmarried and it doesnt have an original back up file on it so what gives? Please help, thanks.
