Downgrade CALID

Hi, I just recently got my hands on an unmarried Predator U7135 for my Dodge CHarger RT 2007. It is updated to the version 30. However, it will not let me install any tunes. It says my CALID is unsupported. (CALID: 05094817AJ) and is telling me to downgrade. How do i downgrade? It tells me to visit diablosport.com/dcx but it leads me to nowhere. Help please. THanks in advanced.

yes i have the same issue too. did upgrade to crom 30 and tool says in need caild 05094807AH before installing tune. was told the support sever for predator is not working and is down. NO time frame when support will be available? NOT GOOD.

this was resolved several months ago.
