Original PCM backup

So I just bought a 2003 dodge neon srt 4 , and I also bought an Intune of this guy it's not married or anything but the car has been tuned previously by another diablosport product or at least it says that when I try to write a tune and it try to save the original pcm, I've called technical support it just says they are busy, and I'm at a lost as in what to do , so if someone could help me it would greatly appreciated
