Tire and Rim size

I'm having installed this weekend a K&N CAI, AirRaid throttle body spacer, JBA shorty header, complete true duel exhaust system with Magnaflo highflow cats and Flowmaster super40 mufflers.

To bring it all together I'm having a custom tune wirtten up to top it off.

Right now I have my winter wheel package on the truck. In two months from now I'll be switching over to my summer package. The summer package has larger wheels and tires.

Here is my question; will I be able to go into the new custom tune they write up for me and change the speedo parameter to acomodate for the larger wheel package or will it be best to have them write the program up as if the other tire package is already on my truck (if this is even possible)?

Dawiz, You can go into the custom tune that you are going to have written for you and adjust for tire & wheel changes.
