93 tune stalled 2014 challenger RT...

I installed the 93 tune on my car, a 2014 Challenger R/T, when I started the car it started shaking and died after about 2 seconds, tried to start it again and same result.

I then installed the 91 tune and it worked just fine.

With the 93 tune I adjusted the rev limiter in neutral and turned off MDS, when I did the 91 tune I only turned off the MDS.

Why would the 93 tune not work?

rev is neutral is the issue, dont adjust that for now.
