Should I be getting thisP0327 Knock Sensor 1 Bank 1?

On my 2004 Chevy Sub, 5.3 I installed the Diablo Tune and switched to 93. Been through multiple tanks of fuel, and still trips this. Seems rather a coincidence that getting this after the Tune.

Suggestions? :?:

Not uncommon on high mileage LS based motors, my 99 Camaro had same issue....generally knock sensor harness related.
