Vehicle not supported message..

Last night, I used my intune and it worked great. Unfortunately, today that wasn't the case. I'm working with my CMR and received a new file to try out. I loaded it to the intune which was no issue. Went to load into the car and i'm receiving this "This vehicle is currently not supported; an update may be required. Please plug the i2 into a PC to download any updates". So I did the updates and its all up to date attempted to "tune" the car and still getting the message.
Any help would be great!
