Cadillac ATS2.0T awd - Too much knock retard? Logs attached

Hi,
I've got a 2013 ATS 2.0t with 22,000 on the clock. I've logged the stock map, 91 and the 93 tune. I'm seeing what I think is way too much knock retard going on with all the maps but the car seems to be driving just fine and with the tunes, WAY more than fine!
Running Shell 93 here in Georgia.
No catch can yet but I'm in the process of ordering one asap.
Bone stock right now and has had the colder plugs and ecu remap from the dealer done before I bought it which was only 500 miles ago.
Could this be the result of oil in the intake? These logs aren't even WOT, just normal spirited driving.

Make sure you are using GOOD gas, it makes a difference... mobil, exxon, sunoco, amoco, bp, chevron are best brands to use, with mobil and exxon being the best..

NEVER use Shell, costco/bj's, mom-n-pop, or no-name brands, as it's crap gas that tends to cause a lot of knock retard and less performance/mpg...

Using Shell 93. I'm a bit skeptical of the local Exxon gas after seeing a lot of knk on my old car. I know a few people in the area running big boosted cars around here that only use Shell and have zero issues.
Per your suggestion, I will try it again.

chances are yes, oil in intake.

I have seen my 2.0T ATS knock at part throttle ;)
