I am a first timer so bear with me.

Just got my tuner and anxious to try it. Will be using it for my 2010 Challenger R/T but would like to know if I can also use it on my 2013 RAM without having to buy an additional license?

no.. that's the purpose of the additional licenses, to be able to tune additional vehicles.. if you want to tune more than 1 supported vehicle, you have to buy a license for each additional vehicle you wish to tune.
