extreme idle surge on procharger tune - 3.5k-4k rpm

I have a 2014 Ford Mustang V6 - 3.7l. previously tuned with a basic Intune thru bama performance. Installed a procharger kit w/50lb injectors over the past month. just switched car over to the Intune i2 that came with it. Uploaded the tune provided in kit onto the intune i2 and flashed the car just like I do with the original intune. Now I get a incredible engine surge from the lightest touch of the throttle. 3.5-4k rpm spike & hold. I can provide several logs that show the car ramps up massively for such a minor pedal adjustment and release. No vacuum leak that I can detect. all harnesses attached. restored car to back-up and re applied. same exact behavior. Not comfortable at all putting it in gear - it feels like it'll just roast the tires. Procharger provided a second tune, unsure what that even did as the car behaved identically. Can you look at the tune and see if there's something grossly wrong in the idle tables?

Update: Car now throws code PCM:P061B - unable to calculate torque calibration. I interpret this as "This tune is so bad it's unintelligible". Again requesting assistance on investigation into this tune. Any ideas or thoughts?

please post up your last tune written and the original backup out of the "tune" folder of the i2 drive on here

save this on computer. drag and drop it on to the main i2 drive (not the tunes folder) let it inport to the tool then go load the custom tune in the car.

For the sake of clarity and my own deep wariness After the past several days, please bear with my extreme caution. it would be imprudent to go another round of installing software that has not been fully explained. That's how this situation came to be. Would you please describe what the error was and why it caused the conditions? What evidence is available that the new file provided will resolve the problem? I am extremely grateful to you for taking time to fix someone else's mistake but there's also a strong frustration at the lack of information on what that mistake was given the significant risk to the engine. Looking forward to learning more about this & what are the best steps going forward.

i have not way of knowing what the previous file looked like in the car but what i can tell you. i attached two screen shots below.



this first one in laymen terms is the pedal table. i know from previous tuning experience on these v6 cars from the many i have custom tuned that they HATE this table messed with. so i put it back to stock.


this second scaler tell the pcm at what pedal position it should start to go full throttle.. you can see its set very low. again not something they like... so i put that back.





so can i promise its fixed? no but from previous experience it SHOULD be a hell of a lot better.


also note that i changed nothing else in the tune. fuel and timing are still where procharger has them.

I appreciate the screen shots! I agree there's no promises in this sort of thing but I really feel more comfortable seeing what work you did.

I uploaded the tune & did a brief data log session. Still surges on throttle & won't return to the 850 idle. Surge is smoother & tops out at 2.5k - 3k. Fuel trims are mostly negative while MAF is elevated. Seeking a local tuner to investigate further as it's still undriveable.
