Hello.

My Trinity is in a 2013 JK. All of a sudden my trinity screen does not come on and all of the lights on the dial are on if that helps in the troubleshooting. I tried unplugging from the obd2 but still the same. Is there a troubleshooting procedure? Thanks Doug

Bump... anyone out in tech support can help? I found a post to hold the key to the left and reboot and then install crom. That didnt work but holding it to the right did work. I then went through the vehical selection file then the trinity rebooted. Never got an option to update the tool.....
