I2 Won't Update

Hello,

When i plug my Diablosport Intune I2 (I2020) in to my computer and go to the updater, the tuner is stuck on the I2 screen and does not reboot. When i plug the tuner into my vehicle (1997 SVT Cobra) it does not give me any menus and only displays the diablosport logo on the I2. I have attempted to register my device but am not sure if i did so correctly.

i have this same problem. cant get passed the i2 screen that first pops up.
how was this issue resolved?

Got past that but can't get to axle selection now.

97 Cobra does not use an electric speedo, the speedo adjustment has to bedone with a mechanical driven gear swap in the output shaft of the transmission.
