New Owner of Trinity Few Question

Hi All,
I have a 2014 Challenger R/T Classic 6 Speed Manual 5.7L, I bought the tuner because I plan on doing headers and pipes, also cam later in the year and bought this first to get use to it. and just have a few question.
What all can I tune with just stock Stuff. only thing I got right now is K&N Cold Air ? I don't see a lot of things to do in the trinity It did have a power tune that I added can I adjust anything in side it ?
Is there a place I can download / buy tunes from people that made some ?
If I mess anything up in the car can I reset it to stock file with no harm ?
Like I said I am very new at this and just trying to get a feel for it and understand all of this lol. any tips or help would be awesome guys Thanks so much
