I have a 2013 Dodge Durango V6, CAL ID 68170442AC, and when I plug in my i1000 into the car it tells me I need an update. No problem. I plug it into the computer, it checks for updates, and updates. Go back to the car. Same message. Go back to the computer and no updates found. I downloaded all the latest files and drag and dropped them just to see what would happen. "Unable to install blah blah blah". I'm at a loss right now. I used my Trinity from my Neon SRT-4 and it worked fine. I just can't get my intune to work.
What am I doing wrong?

Re: Intune telling me I need an update
Now the updater says - "Unable to find E:\info.xfl"
Under firmware info it says:
Application: 1r04j
DCX Tune: 1r01f (ok)
DCX PID Db: 1r01b (ok)
all the other items say ok as well
After reading some other posts - I'm thinking maybe it has a registration issue?
"After a number of tries the drive shows up when plugged in, but as having an error. It asks if I want to scan the drive and fix the errors. Then, if I wait, another popup will ask what I want to do with the cd portion."

Re: Intune telling me I need an update
I don't know what changed but I'm now able to successfully update the device. I then plug it into the car and it programs the pcm with the updated cal. I go to load a tune and it tells me to update the device again. I've done this 3 times....wtf

Re: Intune telling me I need an update
Getting the same message. Intune 1000 DCX for a 13 Charger 5.7. Has worked well in the past. Took in for warranty work now I'm in a loop. Yes I did set back to stock before going in.
