I sold an i1000 inTune to a customer who tried using it on their 2005 Dodge Magnum 5.7L. I had performed an update on the programmer in April and when he got it a few days ago it said that his vehicle wasn't supported so he went ahead and updated it. He was able to get the programmer to program his car but he sent me this message:
"i did the update off my computer and when trying to program the car the screen keeps going crazy, and after the tune was entered, my car now has the Brake light stuck on, traction control light, BAS light all stuck on and car has a really bad miss, so i took the tune back out and car went back to normal"
Any suggestions on what we can do to get things up and running for him? Thank you!

Could that cause the inTune to freeze up and have half the screen go fuzzy?
I'll see if I can get the file from him. Thank you!
