Hey guys! Just looking for some insight here, I was flashing a tune onto my 03 srt4 at the car wash and the intune went into recovery mode. When I tried to start the vehicle nothing happened.. so right now the vehicle is in the parking lot of a local carwash.
Tried disconnecting battery - no luck
Tried to reset back to original back up tune- but the intune fails before it even begins loading and then says the intune is in recovery mode would you like to continue? press yes and the same thing happens where it tries to load the original but immediately fails. So currently stuck with a non running car that is pushed off in the corner of the carwash.
I know there is a lot of people who have had this issue but I searched the forum and found no results. Diablo is working on it as of yesterday but I haven't heard back from them yet. Any one else have some input ?

UPDATE!!
Mike and the support team at diablo made a 911 file for me and emailed it to me last Friday. I was already home thinking that I was out of a car for the weekend but then my phone went off with a email from Mike. I emailed him back and told him I had to run back to my work to get my tuner (15 min drive) and run to the car wash to try it (another 15min drive in the other direction) Mike was kind enough to assist me after hours on a FRIDAY! I was able to get the vehicle back up and running following Mikes directions.
For everyone who says that Diablo has terrible customer service please take into consideration how many people they are servicing at one time.
Put this into perspective: Your vehicle breaks down due to a PCM fault, you take it to the dealer, you already know it is going to be a couple days. Have patience and be thankful!
Mike went out of his way to make sure I was up and running again
