Trinity won't allow Diablo tune or factory hp tune???

I purchased the trinity just yesterday and I downloaded the DS downloader and the rest of my software to my laptop. As well as successfully marrying the tuner with my Gto. It copied my original backup like it supposed to do, and I plugged the trinity into my laptop and exported the original back up. Yet now when I go to either edit my factory horsepower tune, or apply the Diablo tune I get the same message each time telling,
"trinity was able to read a back up. You will need to export the back up using DS downloader and call (561) 908 0040 X1"
I thought I've already done this and I've tried repeating the process but i get the same thing each time, do I need to reset my car to the factory tune and remarry?? Beginning to get very frustrating someone please help.

Too add on to this situation, I restored my car to Its factory tune and tried it on my buddies 01 Camaro z28 and didn't even export the tune off of the trinity itself and it let me straight in and let me change any parameter I wanted. I have an 04 Gto is this a common issue? And is it fixable?

the GTO is unsupported for some reason, is the tool up to date on 1r13?

Export the file it reads out of the GTO and post it here.

I will try to update again when I get home. But apologies I'm new to this, what file are you referring to and where could I find that? Sorry for the inconvenience.
