I am trying to purchase a Trinity T1000 That was opened and tried to upload into a vehicle and it was not able to be uploaded. I am trying to Purchase from an online store. I emailed them a few times to see if it was previously registered and if it was married to the vehicle before I spend my money. My questions are if it was already registered on the DiabloSport website will i still be able to use it without having to spend the $179 to purchase another tuning license? And If it was Married but not downloaded to the vehicle Do i have to spend the same $179 for a new license? Also this is to install on a 2014 silverado 5.3 ecotech which is clearly supported on the DiabloSport website but on this stores site it said up to 2011 Silverado? is that a typo or is there different models of the Trinity T1000 that only support certain vehicles or can all T1000's download newer information to older models? Sorry for all the questions I just don't want to waste my money.

So the Store states it was unable to tune the vehicle due to it was already tuned by the previous owner. Does that mean beings the tune was never downloaded its not locked to that vehicle? All help is greatly appreciated.

All T-1000 are the dame, if it is married to a 11 truck it will need to be unlocked for $179 ideally.

yeah, that's a used tool, it is locked to a previous users vehicle still.. you will need to get it unlocked/reset by diablosport for $179 as was mentioned..
