Return old truck to stock, use same i2 on new truck?

Quick question...
If i return my old truck (05 Silverado) to stock configuration / tune, can i then use the same i2 to tune my brand new truck? (2016 Silverado)
Or do i have to buy another license?

yes you can.. if you restore original backup stock tune to your current 2005 truck, that will unlock/reset the inTune, and then you can run the updater to update it and then use it on your new 2016 truck..
