the 4K rpm limiter is in Park/Neutral, and is there to keep you from hurting the engine or trans, you can use the neutral rev limit adjustment in the modify parameter menu to raise it if you desire, but the limit in gear is up around 6K RPM.

Thanks

you can not adjust rev limiter in park/neutral.. only for in gear..

you would need a custom tune to be able to have the rev limiter set higher in park/neutral..

but it's not good to over-rev/free-rev the engine in park/neutral with no load on the engine anyway...
