Intune unmarried after being serviced

I have an intune dcx i1000 which I used to tune my car. After having an issue with the screen on the unit, I had to mail it back in for warranty repair. Once it came back, the unit worked great again, however it is also no longer married to the car. So, now I have a car that is still running a tune but the intune doesn't recognize it and won't allow changes. What needs to be done to get this to where it works again?
I do believe I have the original files that were stored on the intune (both the original factory tune and the most recently flashed tune)
