Diablo chip not working

Got a 2001 mustang gt ford Diablo chip rev .3.1 2/01kk . Had a mechanic recalibrating the speedo and wheel size cause it was 10 mph off . Went to get a drink and came back and car would not start . Took chip out and car started . How do I get chip to work again .

what did he do to calibrate the speedo?
did he flash the pcm with the chip in place?

I'm sorry to say I don't know all I know is the car wouldn't start after what ever he did I do remember he told me to get a nother key made and it still did not crank then he decided to re move the chip and then the car crank up before he did what he did I ask him is it going to mess with the chip he said no sorry I can't be more help would ask the guy but no longer working with us so I'm trying to figure out and undo the mess

well, if the chip is ok you can have the person who tuned it initially reload the file to the chip and then reinstall it and try again.

What if i don't know who did it bought car with it in is there a nother way

Might be best to upgrade to a new i2020 model or find a different tuner to work with.

How big of an upgrade is it and does it need to go to the Dino after
