downloading file to PC "command not supported"

Logged a file on the I1000 and named the file. Now trying to download the file to my windows 7 Pc. I click the "file download" icon with the I1000 in remote control mode. The file wll not download and I get "The problem not reported: command not supported".I have the latest version of dataviewer on the PC. What is next? I want to save the file to bring to work so others can help diagnos the problems that I am seeing with the 93 tune installed in my 08 LS3.

there is no software used to do this, if you need a file from the intune simply copy it from the intune drive
