Tune Issues & Touch Screen Issue

I have an InTune I-1000 being used with an 09 Challenger R/T. I have tried the preloaded tunes and even purchased a stock tune. I am not getting the hype over any of the tunes. I currently have to CAI 91 Octane Tune Installed with MDS off and have reset the TCM adaptations.
#1:I have had a couple issues with both preloaded and custom tunes. The car seems sluggish as if it's choking on itself. When driving in the city, it upshifts prematurely and ends up in 5th gear where it then fluctuates RPM while holding a steady peddle.
The only way I can seem to drive it is in autostick mode so I don't get dumped into 5th gear and bog down.
#2:I did a WOT pull yesterday and it hit the rev limiter, choked and then shifted into 2nd gear.
#3: There is no 93 Octane preloaded tune. That's ok, as I understand you are more than likely not getting true 93 Octane
#4:The touch screen can not be calibrated and I have to use a pencil eraser to make selections. When ever I need to press the Green Check Mark on the bottom right corner... Good luck, I have to press and press and press and press... You get the point.
I look forward to hopefully finding a solution to both these issues. I have had better success with mail order tunes where I send the PCM out and it gets sent back to me for far less expense that I have invested in this. I hope this can be resolved.
