I have a 2011 Dodge Charger R/T that I had tuned for the last few years using my tuner, I just recently took it into the shop or camshaft sensor and a software update to my car. I was told by a friend that the update erased my tuned.

I've been trying to reapply my custom tune on my car, but whenever I go to the "write tune" I receive a error message stating something about a PCM Calibration Update and that I need to plug into a PC with internet access. When I plug it into the computer I get no options to update, my only option is to choose is the Intune Updater 2 and when I select to update, my DCX I-1000 doesn't read anything or do anything just my PC and when I connect the tuner to my car, I still get the same message PCM message telling me to connect it to internet for update. PLEASE HELP!!!!

ALWAYS restore the stock tune before going to the dealer!!

Please fax or email proof of the dealer service to us, then call with the tool powered up and we'll reset it for you.

Thanks

Thanks, I sent the email of the proof of service. How long does it normally take to review so that I can call?
