2015 dodge charger rt "this vehicle needs an upgrade".

Hello. Recently I had my vehicle in for service at a dodge dealership for coil springs. I got my vehicle back and the pcm must have been re-flashed and now I have some message when I got to plug the tuner up. It says something about a Calibration update. So I use the ds Downloader and install the Cal files from your downloads site and I get and error. I attached what came up on my screen. It saying something about "68228422ad has been superceded by 68228422ac. Please load the latest calibration update". Not sure what to do at this point.

did yo urestore the stock tune before going ot the dealer?
What is the part and version on the tool under options/show information?
