So I again had issues after this last update regarding tire by size and axle ratio... (Speedometer was not even close) Which I ended up figuring out how to resolve myself.
Today I go out to adjust my shift points / pressures that feel a bit harsh and find that they are now greyed out???
This is the same tune I have adjusted many tines over the years and was happy I was able to adjust the transmission but now I can't?
I want the tuner working the way it use to. I do not even want this POS the way it is now. How the F do I revert to older versions that actually function correctly?
When I first got this device I had to have you all "fix" it remotely to even get it working and EVERY time there has been an update I have had some kind of issue... This gets old very very fast.
Being all of the engine, transmission, torque management systems are computer controlled how much damage might your tuner have done to my vehicle? Did it over pressurize the transmission clutch packs?
I have lost all faith, trust, and respect for this "company"
Needless to say I have no intention of ever putting my trust/faith (or cash) in your companies hands ever again.
Don't worry I am sure no one else will feel the same...

Re: More issues since update
I updated yesterday (Saturday 09/17/20) on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler, 3.6, 5 speed auto. After the update I had no throttle responce in park, forward or reverse. It idled high then slowed down but wouldn't rev up when the accelerator was pressed. I then cleared the update on the jeep back to stock and everything was fine. I tried the update 2 more times with the same outcome. After putting it back to stock again I went through the i2 in the advance settings and cleared the update, then installed the 93 octane program again and everything was fine.
