MDS/Tune install question

I used this tuner about a year ago. I just went in and turned off the MDS on my Challenger with the tuner options. The tuner did about a 5 minute install. Did this do anything to the original tune that I put in?

Just want to make sure now I will have a tune, plus the MDS disabled.

it loaded the tune you last selected with the MDS change you made.
