Oops. Sold my truck and didn't restore my intune

So I sold my truck and didn't realize I needed to restore the factory settings in order to reuse the tuner. Do I have any options? I have proof of the sale if I can send that in to diablosport.

the intune can be unlocked for $159 by calling in with it powered up.
