cant change settings for torque management

[2005silverado]

i cant adjust the torque management on my truck and i was wondering if you can modify it so i can adjust it or turn it off? and you already changed my gear ratio and that works. the tune that i sent you when you modified it for gear ratio was the 91 octane tune is that the tune changed for the gear ratio and if so can I get for 87 octane too?
