Need help with Intune DCX

Had to take my car to the dealer, 2014 Dodge Durango RT, for warranty work. So, I reverted back to the stock tune, and when I got my car back and tried to re-install the Diablo tune and I got the "PCM Calibration needs updating" prompt.

I use a mac. So, I went to a friend with a PC and the auto updater said it was running, but nothing was happening.
No help there.

I'm looking on the forum and I'm now seeing there is a mac section. Well, I need help. Everything read said it was simple drag and drop.

My current firmware is 1r03y and I see there is 1r04j. I download it, drag, and drop it on my intune hooked up to my mac.

I eject it, plug it in again to reboot, and I'm still on the old firmware except now on the Firmware info screen it says DCX Tune Db: missing(c)

How do I fix this, how do I get this thing to to update properly, I just want to run the tune again on my Durango. Thanks.

At this moment in time I do not. And as mentioned when I originally tired to use a PC. The auto updated would run but nothing would happen.

Do I have any other options?

Ok, everything seemed to load and update.

Now says its 1ro4j

I wont have a chance to try and tune my car until this weekend, but I'll report back.

Thank you, again.

Had time to try and load up the tuner this morning.

Still not working and giving me the PCM update message. I'm attaching a photo of what the tuner is saying.

Where do you go from here? Thanks.

Right, but I don't have a PC just a mac.

I thought the file you gave me to load last week was the latest update. So, is there something else going on?

OK, since I haven't heard anything back. I plugged into my mac again, and it and did a whole preparing, writing, verifying again with no prompting.

Plugged it back into my car...same thing. PCM calibration needs updating.

I starting to get my wit's end with this whole thing. What do we do from here?

As matter of fact its plugged in again right now...and I just let it sit, and its starting that whole "Preparing" deal over again.

This is maddening.

AH...

NOW, it's giving me a prompt saying

"Installation of i1000_diablo_dcx_tune_1r01f.itf is not supported by this Diablosport inTune."

So, now what?

load this, then try the diablo_dcx tune database.
