Just received my trinity t1000 today and the USB driver is not loading. Followed onscreen instructions, but when it directs plug trinity into computer, the "found new hardware wizard" fails to launch. I have tried the unit on two different pc's, but neither one ever launches.
All the lights on the unit "light up" when it is plugged in but pop up never launches
Update: After installing driver from the web sight, it states that the drivers are installed. When I launch the Diablo sport tool however, it continually searches for device and indicates that it is still disconnected.

download and install the DSDownloader program.. that will also install the correct necessary drivers for the Trinity on your Windows PC..
