2014 Rev limiter question??!

Post by trokitas »

Hey bud. I tried everything in my intune and truck just falls in its face at 5900rpm. I set my shift points at 6200rpm and would like the flexibility to go to 6400rpm for future cam upgrade. Can you please fix this issue? I have two tune files but I don't know witch is the one with the 6200 rpm settings and would like to keep that file with of course the fix. I find it ludacris that diablo still hasn't fixed this!! oh wait, i must need and intune 2 or trinity right??? :normal:

Thanks!

Danny

you have to adjust the shift point rpm in the TCM/tranny tune, and also need to raise the rev limiter in the ECM/engine tune...

I did both. So theres no way to raise my shift points more than the 400rpm max allowed parameter setting? If i set my shift points higher than 400rpm from factory it wont shift.
