can not see custom tune

Hi, I can upload a custom tune with the PC and see the custom tune on the PC screen but can not see the custom tune in the i2 tool custom tune window when plugged in the car trying to load the custom tune. Maybe I doing something wrong?

Which is the correct way to load a custom tune into the i2 tool, is it copy & past the custom tune into the tool's tunes folder or just copy & past the custom tune into the i2 folder?

it goes in the root of the drive, not in any folders.

Great thanks, another question; when I upload the original backup back into the car does the original tune stay in the i2 or its deleted?

its gone from the device once you restore it to the car.
