Wot Fuel & Wot Mbt spark?

I'm really new to cars so this might be a noob question but I just bought a 2014 Dodge Charger Se because at only 17 years old the rt was to much. Anyways I installed and 87 octane tune and was going through other parts when I came across Wot fuel and Wot Mbt spark, what do they do?? What should I have them set at for best performance?

they are there for making changes if required or based on logging or dyno tests, I would not recommend changing them without some data on which to base the changes.
