I just got my PCM back from you guys and it doesn't work, looks like they didn't update the Vin number. Still shows old Vin. Truck starts then shuts off and radio is locked.

Is there any way that I can update the Vin myself or do I have to send it back in to you guys?

if this was a spare pcm you sent in, and we didnt know it was a spare, then the VIN doesnt get programmed as we assume it came from your truck.
Please give us a call to set up an rma to send it back.
